National Brunch Day with Bill Brewster
When we decided to start Sunday brunch sets almost a year ago, we honestly didn’t know how they were going to go. Having DJs from 11:00 to 15:00 every Sunday felt like a bit of a challenge; they’re pretty unconventional DJ times when you think about it. Plus, everyone they’re playing to is sitting down, enjoying a nice brunch (dancing does come a bit later).
But boy, were we wrong. Out of all the sets we’ve ever programmed here, the Sunday brunches have had the best feedback we’ve ever had from DJs, which is wild, considering all the events we’ve done. Brunch wins.
To celebrate a year of Selector Brunches, we’re throwing a very special one to coincide with National Brunch Day on the 21st of September, from 11:00 to 17:00. We’ve got the legendary Bill Brewster gracing the decks for the first time, playing a 6-hour set at 1001.
We’re doing two rounds for this one (but don’t worry, you can stay after). It’s £35 per person.
